This building of 228 state-subsidised homes was designed with eighteen entrances, a 12-meter deep bay and two homes per staircase to ensure cross ventilation for all. All homes have a standard arrangement of three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one of them exclusive to the master bedroom except for the corner properties and the two-bedroom penthouses.
Albeit sharing the same standard arrangement, different types of properties were offered depending on orientation and specific location within the building, while the corner areas were finished off with rounded balconies.
The car park was laid out on two floors offering two car ports per property. The building was completed with the inclusion of commercial premises facing Avenida de los Almendros.
The materials used for the building were exposed ceramic brick and lacquered aluminium for the framing.
