This real estate project comprising 374 homes was designed to offer different types of two, three and four bedroom properties, some of them duplexes.
Two blocks at different heights were projected on a large rectangular plot. The buildings have a single point of entry from Paseo de Capa Negra which gives way to a central space that leads on to the different vertical communication cores via a series of arcades.
The corner areas are resolved by using open courtyards that serve to ventilate the houses and the cylindrical access stairs. The back area of the plot is completed with two 10-storey towers designed to enhance the main axis of the project.
