A total of 50 state-subsidised homes in a six-storey building were built in a trapezoid-shaped plot located on one of the main avenues of Rivas, with a small façade on calle Fernando Trueba. The high buildable area combined with the complexity of form, resulting from a previous subdivision, prompted us to create a linear block with homes facing in both directions crowned by a different body to finish off the corner area.
Three-bedroom homes were built.
The garage was built with a side ramp to make space for a swimming pool in the upper corner.
